The Topgolf Experience

So, what exactly is Topgolf? In a nutshell, we’re a sports entertainment complex with an inclusive, high-tech golf game that everyone can enjoy. Paired with an outstanding food and beverage menu, climate-controlled hitting bays and music, every Topgolf has an energetic hum that you can feel right when you walk through the door.

Here’s how it works:

We have alternatives for everyone, whether you’re a planner or a procrastinator. Make an advance reservation using our very easy online booking form, or just come in and put your name down. Reservations are not necessary, although you may have to wait longer during busy hours. Reservations for groups of seven or more are advised.

How much does it cost?

Each bay is priced by the hour, with the hourly rate varying by day and time, plus a $5 one-time member fee for new players. A bay may hold up to six players. Only one person may hit at a time for safety reasons.

Are there any age restrictions?

Anyone under the age of 16 must be supervised at all times by a Guest 21+, and anyone under the age of 18 must be supervised by a Guest 21+ after 9:00 p.m.

Is there a dress code?

Technically, there is no formal/golf dress code. Fashion is a wonderful way to express oneself, and we wouldn’t want to stifle that. Keep in mind that we are still a public institution.

Upon arrival, check in with our rockstar front desk staff who will find the perfect bay for you. A little bit of a wait? Not a problem! Grab a drink at our full-service bar and restaurant, or unwind on our outdoor terrace. We’ll notify you by SMS when your bay is available.

When you arrive at your climate-controlled bay, a bay host will assist you in setting up your game and creating profiles for each participant. The fun part is deciding which of the more than a dozen games to play first.

Do you close due to bad weather?

Unless it’s an extreme weather event, nothing can stop a good time at Topgolf, not even rain or snow. Our facilities are all-weather, with covered hitting bays equipped with fans in the summer and heaters in the winter.

How much does it cost to rent the golf clubs?

There is no money. Free. Nothing. All of our clubs are free to use during game play. We have clubs for men, ladies, left-handers, right-handers, kids, and toddlers for your convenience. There are already men’s and women’s clubs in each bay.

Can I bring my own clubs?

If you’re more comfortable playing with your own clubs, we have designated areas within our bays to store them. We will also keep your clubs in our club room if there is a delay so you can enjoy our venue without having to tote them around.

Using our complimentary clubs or your own, take aim at the giant outfield targets and our high-tech balls will score themselves. Order food and beverages and watch the game on the HDTVs in your bay while you’re playing.

Do you have to be good at golf to have fun?

No way! Topgolf is a game that anyone can play and enjoy, even if you’re getting more hole-in-nones than hole-in-ones. If your swing has more “room for improvement” than you’d like, we offerlessons and classes.
